Clear carton sealing for every line
BOPP adhesive tapes & customised printing
Reliable BOPP tape, printed with your brand or plain, and fifteen industrial lines — coated, printed and slit in our own plant, so the batch you approve is the batch that reaches your dock.
Customised printing tape
Flexographic printing on any BOPP line, up to three colours in register. Artwork approved on a physical proof before the run starts — never on a screen.
Preview only — the proof is printed on real tape

03 / Process
Biaxially oriented polypropylene film arrives as a jumbo roll and is loaded onto the unwind stand.
A water-based acrylic adhesive is laid evenly across the film, at a fixed coat weight.
The coated film runs through a heated tunnel until the adhesive has cured, then winds onto a coated jumbo.
The coated jumbo moves to a precision slitter, where circular knives cut it into narrow widths.
Each width is rewound onto its own core to the ordered length — 65 to 650 m — and cut.
Thickness, length, adhesion and edges are checked before a roll goes any further.
Every roll is labelled with its line, width, length and batch, so a repeat order can be traced.
Rolls are packed into cartons, sealed with our own tape and stacked for dispatch.

Every figure here is a term we will put on a purchase order, not a claim about how much we care.

Specification changes with the job. Pick yours — these are the three lines we would send samples of first.
Sealing that holds through a hot truck and a cold dock — and a printed line that turns every carton into a label.

07 / Buyers
From the people who sign the purchase orders — written after the second and third run, not the first.
“We switched after two suppliers’ tape lifted on recycled cartons through the monsoon. Three years in, not one consignment has come back for a failed seal.”
“The printed tape paid for itself in a quarter. Our cartons turn up in more unboxing videos than our ads do.”
“What sold us was the proof. They printed our artwork on actual tape and couriered it before a single cylinder was cut.”
“Masking that comes off clean after the oven. We used to budget a man-hour per bus for residue. Now we don’t.”
“Every roll carries its line and batch. When one carton came back short, they traced it to the exact jumbo and replaced it without an argument.”
“Samples came with a spec sheet for each roll. Most suppliers send a brochure and a price.”
“Cold room at minus eighteen and the BOPP still holds. That was the whole brief, and it was the first tape that met it.”
“A fifty-roll trial let us run it on the line before committing. Six months later we moved the whole plant over.”
“Same width, roll after roll, so the carton sealers stopped jamming. That is the unglamorous reason we stay.”
08 / Enquiry
Send the width, the substrate you are sticking to and a monthly quantity. You will get a rate and a sample, not a brochure.
